Orders

Pricing & Taxes
- Prices are quoted in AED unless otherwise stated.
- Applicable VAT or taxes will be added as per UAE regulations.
- Any customs duties (for international shipments) are the responsibility of the buyer.
Payment Terms
- Payment terms will be specified in the invoice or quotation.
- Orders may require advance payment unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments may result in order delays or cancellation.
- For GCC Orders Additional Shipping Cost will be applied.
Warranty & Liability
- Products are supplied as per manufacturer warranty (if applicable).
- MAF General Trading LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Improper use of products voids warranty.
Cancellation Policy
You may request to cancel an order by submitting a written notice before shipment or final confirmation. Because MAF General Trading LLC supplies specialized commercial kitchen equipment across the GCC, the following exceptions apply:
- Custom & Fabricated Equipment: Orders for custom-fabricated stainless steel, bespoke configurations, or branded items cannot be cancelled once production or factory sourcing begins.
- Heavy Equipment Restocking: Cancelled orders for standard heavy machinery already processed or packed may be subject to a restocking and handling fee.
- GCC Transit: Orders already dispatched for international shipment within the GCC cannot be cancelled and must follow our standard return process.
MAF General Trading LLC reserves the right to cancel or delay any order at our discretion due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or late payments. If we cancel an order after payment, a full refund will be issued.
